Our
company was founded in the early 1960s in the city of Messina
by Salvatore Cannata. In 1989 the bakery became
an unlimited partnership and is run today by the Cannata brothers
Giovanni, Tommaso and Renato.
Each day, the Cannata brothers manifest their dedication and love
for the business in every phase of production of the Panificio,
using only suppliers who guarantee the best in prime ingredients.
All products are packaged utilizing the most up-to-date preservation
techniques in order to maximize product shelf-life. The company
uses major national courier services to guarantee fast delivery
throughout Italy.
Today, thanks to our three production lines, we are able to meet
the needs of food distribution companies, catering firms, communities,
school and workplace cafeterias, hospitals, restaurants, sandwich
bars and private customers.
The Panificio is located in Mili Marina (Me), with a plant of
400 sqm and 20 employees. It will shortly be moving to the industrial
zone in Villafranca Tirrena from where it will be well placed
to also meet the needs of international markets.
